Laci primarily practices in the areas of Land Use and Governmental Entitlements, Easements, License Agreements and Related Land Use Transactions, Real Estate Purchase and Sales, Real Estate Development, and Estate Planning. Upon admission to the Texas Bar, Laci spent time practicing in the area of trusts and estates in a fiduciary capacity. While in law school, Laci gained extensive research and legal writing experience as an editor and board member for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Her writing on the power of homeowners’ associations was published in the Journal. Laci also had the privilege of serving as a legal intern for Justice Wainwright at the Texas Supreme Court. Prior to attending law school, Laci gained valuable experience as a lobbyist at the Texas Legislature. Among the variety of client issues lobbied are land use, municipal utility districts, energy, water rights, and natural resources.
Laci is a lifelong Texan who grew up in a small town outside of San Antonio and a member of the Austin community for over 15 years. As a daughter of a rancher, Laci developed a love for the outdoors. In her spare time, she can be found kayaking the local Texas rivers and spending time with family.
